Licensed in California since 2003 and a Real Estate Broker since 2010, Alexi has assisted hundreds of buyers and sellers, including first-time homebuyers, repeat investors, buy-and-hold investors, and selling homeowners.
Known for his impeccable follow-through and strong negotiation skills, Alexi is highly respected by his clients for his dedication, honesty, and commitment to achieving the best possible outcome in every transaction.
In 2016, Alexi expanded the company by establishing a property management division, One Key Property Management, which assists property owners with two or more investment properties. The company supports landlords by finding responsible tenants and managing rent collection, maintenance coordination, security deposits, and financial reporting.
