Alexi Rabay is the Broker, Owner, and CEO of SDREP, Inc., San Diego Real Estate Properties. Licensed in California since 2003 and a Real Estate Broker since 2010, Alexi has assisted hundreds of buyers and sellers, including first-time homebuyers, repeat investors, buy-and-hold investors, and homeowners preparing to sell.

Known for his impeccable follow-through and strong negotiation skills, Alexi is highly respected by his clients for his dedication, honesty, and commitment to achieving the best possible outcome in every transaction.

In 2016, Alexi expanded the company by establishing a property management division, One Key Property Management, which assists property owners with two or more investment properties. The company supports landlords by finding responsible tenants and managing rent collection, maintenance coordination, security deposits, and financial reporting.

Alexi’s approach to real estate goes beyond simply completing a transaction. His focus is on helping clients build long-term value through real estate and maximize equity growth, with the goal of creating lasting and generational wealth through smart property ownership.

Vanessa Rabay is a licensed California Realtor and serves as the Chief Financial Officer and business partner of SDREP, Inc., San Diego Real Estate Properties. She plays a vital role in the success and stability of the company, overseeing financial operations, transaction management, and the administrative systems that keep every real estate deal running smoothly.

With over 25 years of experience in administration, finance, and sales, Vanessa ensures that the company operates with precision, organization, and full compliance. She manages accounting, financial reporting, and reconciliation for both the brokerage and property management divisions, helping maintain the highest standards of transparency and accountability for clients and investors.

Vanessa is actively involved in supporting clients throughout the real estate process. She assists buyers and sellers with transaction coordination, documentation, and communication to ensure that every step—from offer preparation to closing—is handled efficiently and professionally. Vanessa’s attention to detail, commitment to follow-through, and client-focused mindset make her an essential part of the #TeamRabay approach.
